Series of competitions
in different shooting disciplines of sporting clays in Baltic countries
1. Aims and goals of the competitions.
1.1. To popularize and
promote all Sporting shooting disciplines in Baltic countries:
Sporting, Compak
Sporting and English Sporting.
1.2. To consolidate
co-operation of shooting clubs of Baltic countries.
2. Organizers and participants.
2.1. Organizers of the competitions of
“BALTIC TROPHY” 2009 are:
- Lithuania: Club “Sporting
LТ” and Lithuanian Hunt Shooting Federation;
- Estonia: Elva Hunt
Shooting Club (Elva shooting range);
- Latvia: Shooting range
«Riga Shooting Center».
2.2. Participants may be
members of national shooting federations and shooters from other countries.
There are no geographical restrictions for participants.
3. Description of the competitions.
On 2009 the competitions
of “BALTIC TROPHY” will be held in three (3) stages – two (2) pre-stages and
Final Stage:
3.1.1. First Stage.
Lithuania, Zemsode (Кlaipeda district).
Discipline: Compak Sporting;
Attached to Lithuanian
Open Championships;
Competition will be held
in accordance with the FITASC international rules for Compak Sporting.
Competition Groups: Based on results of two
first pre-stages all participants will be divided into four (4) separate
competition groups no matter of age or sex: Group «А» - shooters with the most
high scores, the rest of the shooters will be divided, in accordance with the
principle of decreasing the results, into groups «B», «C» и «D».
In case of equal result
will be held shoot-off in the order of “First
Zero Eliminatory” for each group.
Entry fee: 70,- EUR for all competition groups.
Organizer: Shooting range “Riga Shooting Center”
Deadline for applying: 11 of September 2009.
Max. number of participants is
144 shooters!

Participants of the Final Stage: in order to participate
in the Final Stage, the shooter must have been participated at least in one
pre-stage, whether in Lithuania or Estonia.
Those shooters, who have
not participated at least in one pre-stage, will be allowed to enter into the
competition only, if there is vacancy in the Final Stage. But those shooters
can compete only in group «А» and they have not the option to compete in Super
Final.
- The Super Final will
be held in accordance with the FITASC international rules for Sporting. All
targets in Super Final will be flash targets in order to offer better look from
the point of viewers.
- For ascertainment the
Super Final participants, there will be drawn Final Rating List in which the
scores, achieved by the shooter at the Final Stage, will be added to the scores
in the interim rating list;
- In Super Final will be
six (6) shooters who are top 6 shooters in Final Rating List;
- Final places of the
six (6) best shooters of the “BALTIC TROPHY” will be cleared based only on the
results of the Super Final and all other scores will not be taken into
account.In case of equal Super
Final scores of the shooters, there will be shoot-off by principle “until FIRST
MISS” until the final places of all six (6) shooters are clear.
